Film Transfers 8mm, Super 8mm, and 16mm

We use 3 chip HD cameras, top quality professional grade DVDs, video tapes, and broadcast telecine equipment. Your film is digitally transfered and "authored" to your DVD with the highest quality encode. All of your films will be returned with your order, cleaned and lubricated, and returned to you in better condition than when we received them.

Standard Film Transfer:  Standard Definition .15/ft    High Definition  .30/ft
Includes cleaning & lubrication of film, splice repair, special preview intro, and high quality digital encode.

Premium Film Transfer:  Standard Definition .20/ft    High Definition  .40/ft
Includes all the standard film services, plus each scene is corrected for color and contrast.
*Note: Super 8mm film with "audio" add .10/ft  

Output Options for Film Transfer:

Standard Definition Output to:  Authored DVD, miniDV, or to your provided Hard Drive $50
Hi Definition MPEG2 HDV file output to your provided Hard Drive, encoding to a .MOV(quick time file) is $2/min of transfered film $50
Hi Definition to an authored Blu-Ray movie disc $125/hr of film transfer, min. 1hr charge

* 16mm film transfers are available only at 24 fps *
Note: Small reels of 50' wil be combined onto larger 400' reels for cleaning and transfer. Your film will be returned to you on these 400' reels along with your original (now empty) 50' reels. *Please let us know at the time of ordering, if you do not want these combined.
